Committed to recognising and developing human potential, we provide induction, training, shadowing, regular feedback and appraisal, and the opportunity for personal and professional development and growth. This can be demonstrated by those who join Arc as an apprentice, progress to Company member and continue the connection as an Associate.

We are always interested in meeting new people who can bring their skills, ideas and experiences to the Company. We interview/audition suitable candidates and if offered work (whether short or long-term, voluntary or paid) you will need to either provide a recent, valid Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure or complete the Enhanced CRB process. For more information on CRB Disclosures, visit www.crb.gov.uk

Investors in People
re-accreditation 2010

Arc's most recent Investors in People report once again produced excellent feedback on the Company's working practice. Here's what Investor in People Assessor, Claire Crafer, had to say about us:

"Motivating and Inspiring People: This is an area of great strength for the organisation. The leadership of people is exemplary. There is a real commitment to equality and to respecting people as individuals. This starts from the way that the people at the top of the organisation treat their colleagues."
Claire Crafer, 12 July 2010
